Open letter to Pastor James Meeks, Mayor Lori Lightfoot, Mrs. Melody Spann-Cooper & Chicago Community

On Thursday April 16th, Pastor James  Meeks of Salem House of Hope & Mrs Melody Spann-Cooper of Midway Broadcasting Corporation (WVON),  interviewed Chicago’s Mayor Lori Lightfoot in a televised broadcast.  During the conversation, our Mayor noted that one of the greatest impediments to testing for the Covid-19 virus in efforts to get Chicago, as well as the Nation back open is the lack of availability of the test swabs. ​

Cousins Empowered Optimist Club of Chicago's technology strategist and master educator Aurelius Raines, is willing to convene through Zoom conferencing, a panel of his peers in technology along with the Chicago business & spiritual community to explore the possibility of creating  a state of the arts facility to create 3D printed swabs in Chicago.
